Refund policy

**NO REFUNDS - WE OFFER EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY! ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER!**

DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC (BEGINNING 3/2020)  THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

2. Merchandise must have all tags including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" or "Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged

***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, formal dresses ,bodysuits,accessories,swimwear,Lingerie and undergarments

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange for any reason including exchange requests that do not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, any signs of perfume or cologne we can smell, any product that smells of cigarette or other various smoke. 

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees and costs related to sending the order back to Couture Story Wholesale.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. Couturestorywholesale.com diligently and faithfully inspects all items before shipping, making the likelihood of merchandise arriving to you damaged almost impossible. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit or exchange. In the case we do miss an item that is damaged, please contact us as soon as you notice the damage. 

**Please include the original packing slip so we know who is returning the order. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. If you cannot locate your order number please contact us for assistance.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@couturestorywholesale.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
